Have you ever had the unique experience of taking a hybrid course?
Do you have outstanding language credits that need to be filled?
Do you love the idea of learning a new language, but don’t have the time or inclination to sit in a classroom 4 hours each week?
Do you live in the Cedar Park/Leander/Liberty Hill area and don’t feel particularly jazzed about commuting to downtown Austin in the morning or evening for a language class?

FOLA has an answer for you!

ACC’s first-ever hybrid Japanese I course will begin on October 22, 2018. Students will have the opportunity to earn 4 credit hours in 8 weeks – half the time of a traditional semester! This exciting course will meet at the new San Gabriel campus in Leander on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 11:00am-12:40pm. Students will fulfill the remaining 50% of their coursework online (and did we mention access SGC’s state of the art computer lab?)

Hybrid courses, particularly for foreign languages, are a wonderful option for students who need flexibility in their course schedules. And, in addition to studying an in-demand language and a rich, vibrant culture, Japanese 1411 students will have the additional benefit of learning with FOLA’s very own computer wizard, Yuko Kato!

But don’t take our word for it – let the Computer Wizard convince you!
